Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Heart: Life can be unpredictable. If you find yourself unable to care for your puppy within the first 30 days, you may return them for a full refund

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Significant life events such as job loss, relocation, or major lifestyle changes may affect your ability to keep your puppy. Contact us to discuss possible solutions, which may include a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The puppy must be returned in good health, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.

  • All original paperwork, including health records and vaccination documents, must be provided.

  • We reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian upon return.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Returns requested after 30 days of purchase.

  • Puppies purchased under a discounted adoption fee.

  • Health concerns that arise after the 30-day return period.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your reason for return.

  2. Provide any necessary documentation (e.g., proof of major life changes).

  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the puppy.

Additional Recommendations

  • Schedule a vet visit within 7 days of bringing your puppy home for a wellness check.

  • Research dachshund care thoroughly before adopting to ensure you’re prepared for their unique needs.
